Brand Identity
Motion Design
Inspired by the vertical lines that indicate individual frames in a video editing program, the design uses evenly spaced vertical lines to represent the restoration of damaged film. The typography begins as thin vertical strokes with uneven heights—symbolizing disorder and decay—and gradually realigns into clear letterforms, echoing the meticulous, frame-by-frame restoration process.
In actual film restoration, negative reels are scanned and converted into positive digital images. To reflect this visual transition, a negative color effect was applied, capturing the shift from analog damage to digital clarity.
